Carolyn works on the lobbying team at KP. For nearly twenty years she has assisted our public agency and business clients in the legislative arena and through the state budget and finance process. Her areas of expertise include the state budget and finance process, public agency, special district, water and natural resource issues.

 

 

Experience:

• Prior to joining KP, Carolyn served in both houses of the legislature as committee consultant, policy director and policy advisor to a former Assembly Speaker

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree, Political Science, University of California, Davis
